How long have you been a photographer?
I have been taking pictures my whole life, but have been doing it professionally since 2014.

Do you travel?

Absolutely! While based in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin we do travel both in the United Sates and worldwide! (Check out the elopement tab for some of our favorite destinations!) No travel fees apply for weddings or session within 50 miles of Fond du Lac.

 

How many photos are in a final wedding gallery?

Every wedding is different, but an 8 hour wedding typically yields 600-800 photos.

Are pets welcome at our session?
As long as they are friendly and well behaved, YES, absolutely! Pets are family too! Please let me know in advance so we can choose a pet friendly location.

How would you describe your style?

Colorful, timeless & true to life. You won't find trends such as dark and moody or bright and airy here. Our focus is an elegant, vibrant, and authentic reflection of what your eyes saw.

Will the photos we receive be edited?

Yes! All photos delivered are personally retouched by Sam. Standard editing includes straightening/cropping, and enhancing color & lighting. Additional retouching  (such as photoshopping light sabers into a Star Wars wedding photo 😜) can always be accommodated by request, but may cost extra.

What if we're getting married at a venue you haven't worked at before?

Our many years of experience and skills in managing variable lighting situations allow us to confidently walk into any space and tell your story with beautiful photography. If in doubt, we are happy to work with your event/venue coordinator and do any prior research as needed!​

 

How soon will we receive our photos?

As quickly as possible! My contract says 4-6 weeks, but it usually ends up being a lot sooner. If you follow me on social media, you will find a sneak peek of your day within 48 hours!

Are you insured?
Absolutely. Business insurance is a must, and shows I'm serious about my personal and professional safety as well as yours. I'm happy to send a copy of our certificate of liability insurance to your venue or any other vendors upon request.
 

When is payment due?

 A retainer fee and signed contract are required at time of booking to secure your date. For weddings, final balance is due two weeks prior to your big day. Images will not be delivered until balance is paid in full. Payment plans are available, and retainer fee goes towards your final balance.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Cash, Check, PayPal and Venmo. Credit cards can be accepted by request, but may incur an additional fee.
