With over a decade in the wedding industry, we're lucky to have been to a lot of fantastic Wisconsin wedding venues. Everywhere from stunning event halls to customized country clubs; each venue has its own unique charm and character. Southeast Wisconsin is home to a diverse array of remarkable locations that cater to every couple's vision. Whether you're dreaming of a rustic barn setting, a chic modern space, or a serene outdoor garden, this region offers something special for everyone. Join us as we explore our favorite wedding venues (in no particular order) that promise to make your special day unforgettable!

1) South Hills Country Club in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin

Wedding party poses under a willow tree; groomsmen in gray suits, bridesmaids in burgundy dresses. Green lawn and trees in the background.

Why we love it: Whether you're wanting an indoor or an outdoor space, South Hills has ceremony options for each. Their quaint outdoor ceremony area overlooks the course with a charming and quiet flair, while their indoor space has beautiful, real wood and a warm stone fireplace inviting guests to sit and enjoy. Modern locker rooms provide a secluded getting ready space, and the grounds contain sooo many beautiful spots for photo ops! Under the cover of a weeping willow, or on a bridge overlooking the river, the bride and groom can get lost in their own fairytale with photographer and videographers along for the ride.

2) Fat Apple Farm in Columbus, Wisconsin

Why we love it: A barn venue without the stress of an actual barn. While the name "Fat Apple Farm" evokes thoughts of wildlife and rustic charm, Fat Apple Farm offers the best of both worlds with outdoor ceremony options, and an air conditioned indoor reception space. The getting ready suite features a billiards room for the men, and a stylish, simple space for women. The large guest hall is great for big and small events alike, making it a great choice no matter the weather. Regardless of the season, there's also no shortage of outdoor areas to sneak away for a photoshoot - including open fields for sunset, woods, prairie, and yes, even an apple tree orchard!

3) Springbrook Events in Burnett, Wisconsin

Why we love it: So. Many. Photo-ops! From windy hills and a beautiful white chapel to weeping willows and a pond, there are so many options! Don't forget the two story interior, where you can either have an indoor wedding or an elegant country reception, all with two beautiful and private getting ready rooms on opposite ends of the venue so bridesmaids and groomsmens will not accidentally run into each other. This venue also offers a private cabin for wedding night lodging for the bride and groom, as well as a covered bridge the couple can sign. This is one of our most photographed at venues and we can definitely see why couples love it!

4) Bridgewood Resort in Neenah, Wisconsin

A couple dances closely in dim lighting, her white dress contrasting with his dark attire. A tattoo is visible. People are blurred in the background.

Why we love it: Bridgewood Resort in Neenah is another of our most visited venues. Couples love this location for it's unique reception space (like a cute downtown street brought indoors!) and beautiful outdoor ceremony options. It's also appealing for couples with a large out of town guest list, as it is attached directly to Best Western Premier Hotel. With a bar and grill next door, the food is also brilliant. A local favorite that is a great one stop shop!
